C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., has been shipping to the Caribbean, Central and South America since 1985. For a fee of $35, we deliver anywhere in the Miami area. Please call 1.305.477.1213 with any questions you may have.

Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title of products passes from C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., to the Customer upon shipment from our facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer must notify C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., within 15 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged. Shipping dates are estimates only.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you through any third party with whom the customer has arranged for receipt [on your behalf]. In addition, C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., shall not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to the address you designate (e.g., Freight Forwarders, Third Parties, etc.).

Please note: Customs may delay your order. All custom duties and taxes are your responsibility.

C.R. GATOR Suppliers, Inc., retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. Sales of our products must follow the Export Administration Regulations of the U.S. Commerce Department and applicable State Department restrictions.
